G.James  Glass & Aluminium  has released its V3 website. This new-look site, which offers a more user-friendly layout, along with improved content and product images, has been designed with the architects and designers in mind.

New Holland telehandlers win coveted U.S. award

New Holland Construction  telehandlers are among the top 100 products of 2007, according to a US industry magazine.The telehandlers, including the M427 and M428 models (sold in Australia as the LM1445 and LM1745, respectively), were included in the list of the year’s more exciting product introductions published by US magazine, Construction Equipment.

The machines won particular acclaim for their lifting and material handling capabilities.

Both models provide attachment-handling versatility, with a low-boom design that offers 360-degree visibility.

Additional features like four-wheel drive and three-mode steering provide enhanced traction and manoeuvrability on the jobsite.

The LM1445 and LM1745 telehandlers have maximum reach lift capacities of 3,600 kg and 4,500 kg, respectively. The LM1445 telehandlers have a maximum lift height of 13.55m, while the LM1775 telehandler has a maximum lift height of 16.6 m. Both also feature single joystick control and two high-flow gear pumps.

In addition to all the features of their award-winning US equivalents, the Australian models also include a deluxe cab that’s been described as cavernous, with visibility and legroom, ensuring the ultimate in operator comfort.

“These machines are highly versatile and provide features to increase efficiency at the job site,” said Wayne Munce, New Holland brand leader.

Construction Equipment editors annually select the 100 high quality product introductions of the year. Advances in technology, new product lines and significant improvement to existing products are considered in determining the top 100.
